Touch

A poem by Wes Pinter

I love to feel your fingers
Intertwined with mine.
While holding hands, my heart expands.
The feeling is divine!

Your smile, it makes me giddy.
It shows me that you care.
Happiness is what I’m after,
And your laughter takes me there.

It’s obvious you love me.
I can see it in your eyes.
The aura you project to me
Has got me hypnotized.

It’s not only the attraction
That pulls me close to you.
I get so much satisfaction
From the little things you do.

Nothing brings more pleasure
Than the moments when we touch.
Without a word, the truth is heard.
How I love you, Oh So Much!

    • Thank you so much, Missy! I’ve been working a lot of hours (almost 70 a couple weeks ago) and trying to squeeze in some classes, so I haven’t had much time for anything else lately. However, I am planning to start on it as soon as things calm down and I promise to let you know as soon as it’s ready. I can’t thank you enough for your support and encouragement!
